In September 2026 I watched a sponsor frenzy on X: outbid.lol auctioning sponsor spots, and Marc Lou auctioning ten logo spots on himself for his first HYROX race. Startups paid real money to be seen next to people with an audience.
What I didn’t see was the basic piece: a way for any website to host its own sponsor spot and run it on autopilot. Selling by hand means invoices, reminders and taking ads down on time.
Sponsor.st is that basic piece. You mark the spot on your own page and set a price; sponsors book the months they want and pay you; the ad goes up and comes down on its dates.
What you control
- Review
- Turn on Review first to approve or reject each paid booking within 48 hours. You refund the ones you reject; undecided ones are approved automatically.
- Pulling
- Pull any booking from your dashboard. You refund its unused and downtime days from your own Stripe or Dodo account.
- Refunds
- A refund you don’t mark paid within 14 days shows on your public profile.
- Leaving
- Remove the script and spots stop showing. If a paid booking is live and the script goes quiet for 48 hours, downtime counts from the last time it was seen, and you refund those days.
